What it’s like working with me
Mindfulness is at the heart of my approach and each session begins with a short somatic practice where we turn attention inwards. This creates a healing ritual, allows us to deepen our awareness, and to spend our time on what really matters to you.
My role as a therapist is to collaborate with you on the art piece of your life. I use my awareness, tools, and knowledge in order to assist you in the creation of the most calm, clear, confident, courageous, and actualized version of yourself. Sometimes this means allowing your pure expression, other times it means challenging your stream of negative self-talk.
My style of therapy is a holistic and integrative blend of science and art within which the specific tools and methods serve as colors in a palette rather than the entire picture. I do not copy & paste. I weave threads of theory and training into a personalized and unique client experience which is adaptable and actively responsive to your feedback. The longer we work together, the more customized our work becomes to you as an individual.
